St. Croix 1406 is a breathtaking 14th floor three-bedroom three-bathroom unit overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico in the popular Silver Shells complex. Gorgeous views abound from your own private balcony off the den and master suite.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with an absolutely amazing walk in shower The other two bedrooms each have two super comfy queen beds in each room. Maximum occupancy is 8.
Just when you think it can't get any better, you step off the elevator and open the door to the condo and you are stunned at the level of decorating detail that this condo so exquisitely has. You have gorgeous emerald water views from the kitchen, the den, and the primary bedroom. Finally, you've found your home-away-from home for years to come. You have discerning taste and appreciate that we do too.
This is what it's all about. Relaxing on the expansive balcony looking down at the pool, spas and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo has a king bed in the primary, and 2 queens in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
St. Croix at Silver Shells has everything you would expect from a first class resort ,sitting on 31 acres and right next to Henderson Beach State Park which offers miles and miles of walking and bike paths. Only 2 units per floor for maximum privacy and security and 1900 square feet of luxurious living space.
There is something for everybody: Great Poolside Sandbar restaurant and bar, Live music in summer, billiards, basketball court, video game arcade and you are in walking distance to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the famous beach restaurant and bar the Back Porch. There is even a candy shop within walking distance.

Clean large rooms. Great location. Prior to arrival emailed asking if beach towels provided. Never received a response. they are not. Sandbar is a great addition for cocktails. Beach and pool are beautiful. Many things within walking distance. Extra toilet paper, paper towels and basic seasoning would be nice to include. never stayed at a VRBO that wouldn’t allow leaving unopened water bottles etc. Housekeeping wanted it dumped.

The resort and room exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing. I would highly recommend this resort and room.

The beach view and pool were beautiful. The beach chair rental was ridiculously expensive prohibiting us to enjoy the beach every day which was why we took this vacation. Plus there were no beach chairs in the condo for us to use. The kitchen utensils, big bowls, storage containers were very limited or nonexistent. The grills outside did not work. The unit is in need of some updates (the carpet is gross, the sink and curtains in the master bath are broken, the cookware is limited, the lighting is awful). We will stay at Silver Shells again just not this unit. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
