This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the lobby level. This vacation rental offers private beach access. The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 201 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan and 12-foot ceilings give the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront patio is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for eight with eight additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.
The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beachfront patio. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a pedestal bathtub, walk-in shower with glass doors, and separate vanities with plenty of space. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north patio. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with two twin trundles, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north patio. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

It was perfect, besides the “heated pool”, it was freezing. There was enough room for our two families, 8 people. Location was perfect on the 1st floor so kids had access to pool and other activities right out the front door and we could keep them in site. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The location of this condo is very convenient. You are steps from the pool and have easy access to the beach.
I would like to see some different furniture in the living area. While it is pretty to look at, it is not the most functional. The barstools are difficult to sit on and are not very sturdy. The couch is a little worn, but that's to be expected. The patio furniture will need to be completely replaced. Several pieces were broken and not functional.
There was some construction on the property that we weren't warned about and that was a bummer. The patio area was scattered with bricks which made leaving the condo a little difficult.
Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. We would absolutely choose to stay here again. Hopefully we will find it available for our next vacation.

Location of unit was great, next to miles of State beach shoreline. I enjoyed my entire stay outdoors on the beach or in the pool. We ate out seafood at at local restaurants. The large table seats only 4, not a family. The bar stools were good looking but no one felt comfortable sitting there. Unfortunately I wasn't notified of construction on the patio of the unit until I paid unrefundable VRBO fees, insurance and other costs. There was no coffee or tea amenities, which is always a nice touch. However all that said, everyone had a great time at the beach.

The space was very nice and modern with large rooms and ceilings. Steps from the pool and beach. Comfortable beds. Perfect for our trip. I miss it already.
