The large waterfront balcony is breathtaking and will be a tempting part of your time spent in this beautiful loft condo.
There is also a complimentary washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.

It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.
It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

The Confederation Bridge is about a 15-minute drive, offering easy access to the mainland. Walking is also a great option, with many downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.

We highly recommend this property. Perfect location. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. Gorgeous view from the patio. Easy check in process. Everything you need is in the unit.

Great location. Amazing potential! The property appears that it was listed on VRBO before renovation work was completed. Another coat of paint, drywall repair, and some furniture touch up could easily bring this property to a 5. I truly hope the management company does this in the unit and the common spaces.
