The beautiful 3 Bedroom Home is located in the Spring Park area only 3 blocks to downtown Charlottetown.

On the main level there is a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. There are a new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all amenities.
There is a formal dining room with seating for 6 people.

Upstairs, there is 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King Bed and a walk in closest. The other 2 bedrooms are Queen beds and have spacious closets.

Outside there is easy parking for 2 large vehicles or up to 4 smaller ones.
