Whether you are here to explore iconic red sand beaches, walk the rolling green hills of Anne of Green Gables, or relax with loved ones, this home is your perfect island base.

Our home beautifully blends 19th-century character with modern amenities, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families and friends.
Historic Charm: Original architectural details that tells a story.
Private Backyard: A shaded, secluded oasis featuring a BBQ and outdoor seating, and a gas fireplace.
Morning & Night: Start your day with coffee in the garden, or visit one of the many cafes within a short walking distance. End your day with a quiet dinner in the backyard or catch a meal at one of the many world class restaurants.

Our house is perfectly located right in the heart of downtown, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle. As you step into the house on the main floor you will find a cozy TV room and a dedicated workspace with a desk for remote work. A dining area and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to organize intimate dinners together with family and friends. Access the backyard for dining under the shade of a tree or enjoying your morning coffee. A powder room completes this level.
On the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a sundrenched sitting area for quiet moments reading a book. A full bathroom with a tub/shower and an in house washer/dryer complete this level.
The third floor loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed, creating a warm and private retreat. All beds are memory foam to ensure the most comfortable sleep.
Other things to note: this property provides space for one car. There is a Level 2 charger available for electric or plug-in cars. This property does not accomodate a second car, there is plenty of nearby street parking for additional cars.
Travelling with children: we provide a crib, highchair and stroller for added convenience.

Our family would stay here again. The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we enjoyed being right downtown.

Such a lovely place to stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and checking in and out was smooth! We especially appreciated how peaceful it felt, while still being close to everything. Was easy to get to beaches and right next to a lobster shack! Would happily come back!

I can’t say enough good things!! We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly clean and well cared for. Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were so easy to communicate our plans was.One of the best parts was being right downtown! It was so convenient and we loved being able to walk everywhere and explore all that Charlottetown has to offer.We truly loved our time here and will absolutely be staying here again on our annual trips to the island…Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a perfect downtown location with lots of charm. We’ll definitely be back!
