This was our first time staying at a rented property for a quick weekend vacation and we were very pleased with this property. Great amenities. The pools were awesome. Lots of parking. We did have some kind of alarm going off the last night of our stay in the emergency stairwell next to our room. But overall, we had a very pleasant time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in North Myrtle Beach.

Everything was fine when we arrived and near the stores, shops and restaurants when needed.

The place is nice and appeared clean when we arrived. Nice view and in the location we needed. First problem was when we got up the first night to get a snack, we turned on the kitchen light and roaches were all over the counter and sink. Almost checked out. They did come by and spray briefly the next morning which seemed to help.
Next issue we had is how sparse the amenities are. No hand soap in the baths, no trash bags. Very skimpy on kitchen pans and accessories. Not a place you would stay if you plan to cook meals. Parking was fine, lazy river not so great. Maybe this is all people expect anymore but not likely to return.
