PH04 was great. We have stayed at Bahama Sands for several years and love the location - right on the beach. Condo was clean and very well stocked. We will be staying there again (hopefully) next year. Owner was prompt to answer any inquiries we had.

Very clean and great views from the balcony. Could use some updating especially in the bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped except for dishwasher soap which we asked for and didn’t receive. Door code worked intermittently to lock door. Nice beach and pool area.

We are very pleased with the condo and the amenities offered. The ocean view is spectacular. The condo is very roomy and accommodating. We were very pleased with everything. It was very clean and well stocked. We plan to return again in near future. Owner is very easy to work with and fast in responding to questions and comments. Thank you Ruben for everything.
