Bahama Sands 1204

Beautiful beach front property. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Easy parking . Easy walk to the beach.

After driving 6 hours, with children, the last thing we wanted to do was put sheets on all the beds!! I understand some people bring their own sheets, so they should unmake the bed since they choose to bring sheets. The lock on the door was not very secure. There needs to be another inside lock for more security. The after hours check in process is inconvenient because the property is 30 minutes (1 hour total) drive away. I drove that far just to sign property damage form that could have been signed on line.

Great location, close to dining shopping and other activities. It's on a great stretch of beach. The rooms were nice.

Stayed in 1204. The condo was great. Alot of room. Excellent beachfront views

The strong Marijuana smell from condo above, limited the balcony times. Beds were ok, but not great. No closet in master to hang clothes. The sheets provided didn't fit king bed. (4 pillows and provided 2 pillow cases). Even got replacement set and it didn't fit either. Not provided access to the onsite gym, had a total of 2 floats for lazy river for the entire complex, and one was broken. So not able to use. wifi not password protected and unsecured, which poses risk to your personal data, so not used. Tv remote batteries, either none in remote or dead. Smoke detector batteries went bad in two detectors on night before leaving, lovely chirping noise. I can deal with the majority of the above, but not being able to sit on the balcony as often as I'd liked was a huge disappointment.

The location was great. The building was locked.

The master bedroom did not have a closet you could use. It was locked, and there were no hooks to hang anything on. Each bed had four pillows, but only given two pillow cases for each bed. The codes given for the building were different on some of the doors. Had others helping us get in and out.
