Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for 2 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Stroll along the waterfront or explore nearby attractions-all within walking distance!

Located at Marina Tower, on apartment level 16.
The living room includes a smart TV and sofa bed.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, centralized cooling and heating system, WiFi, and fresh linens.
Basic essentials like soap, body wash, and coffee pods are provided. Parking not available.
Long stay guests of 28+ nights will have mid-stay cleans.
Guest access
Guests have access to pool and gym on Level 7.
No onsite parking, but there are available street parking or pay parking near the property. Guests can use the property address to search online for availability.
Additionally, we need to consider the cleaning time between guests, so we may not be able to accommodate requests made on short notice.

Extra trash bags are provided for your convenience.
You'll find them placed inside the trash bin, underneath the current liner. If the bin is full, simply remove the used bag to access the extra bags. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space tidy!

We had booked from Friday to Sunday night. Host was easily accessible to ask questions and replied promptly , which may the whole booking process very easy and asking questions abreeze. The location was fabulous close to Marvel Stadium and Harbour Town a local Woolworths at Harbour Town, along with cafes at as well. Really great local restaurants along the Waterfront.The accommodation on arrival was very clean and the view was lovely.,, pull out sofa for our adult sons was very comfortable. Unfortunately the only issue we had was there were four of us staying , there were only two towels provided for all of us, I've given this feedback to the owner which I am sure they will take on board. Despite that the accommodation was perfect. Internet was great and without any issues at all. There was also a washer dryer provided which would be great for longer stays. I highly recommend staying here.
