New to PROACTIVE Vacations! "Sandpiper Crossing" is impressive! Your Island Vacation awaits! This stunning custom built 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, perfectly situated in the Heart of Holden Beach! Imagine spending sunshinny days lounging on the pristine sandy shores of beautiful Holden Beach, while all of the island's nightlife is only steps away. Located near the center of the island, "Sandpiper Crossing" is within walking distance to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and Pavilion. Walk across the street to grab a slushie or some vintage soda and candy. Be sure to bring your chairs and chill-out on Sunday evenings for the free summer concert series held at the Pavilion under the Holden Beach bridge!
On the first level of this spacious home, you will appreciate the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, complete with captivating views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! The cook in your life will love preparing gourmet meals on the gas range, with a helpful center island and lovely modern kitchen cabinets and counter tops. with enough room for the entire family to gather together enjoying meals or playing games. On the second level, you will discover the additional 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed with an ocean view, ceiling fan, TV, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub, with a beautiful double vanity. Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and an attached full bath that opens to the hallway (shower/tub combo), with a street side view. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, TV, and shares the full hall bathroom (tub/shower combo), with a street side view.

The house is well maintained. Good furniture. Easy access to the beach. Well worth the cost. I plan on renting this house again next year. Had a great time with the family. Had a chance to bond with my grand kids

We had a great week at this property. Great layout with 3 of the 4brs on the upper level. Location and beach were fantastic. 5 min walk or less to 3-4 restaurants, ice cream and coffee.
Restaurant across the street did have live music outside but wasn’t loud enough to cause any issue. A very well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to cook for your group.
Would recommend the owners look into a new king bed mattress for the upstairs. It’s quite uncomfortable and worn out.
This is a home we would recommend and potentially return.

Communication was quick and easy. The house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is the best equipped of any home I’ve rented. We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper very much and would definitely rent again.
