Property includes public beach access at Winston Lane and a set of backpack beach chairs included (March 1 - October 31) . Beach service chairs can be rented through Vacayzen. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.
Short Walk to the Beach
Sand Del Mar Cottage is in Inlet Beach, conveniently located on the first street east of Rosemary Beach, across from the tennis courts. The Main House has a great bedroom layout with 3 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunks with 4 Twins. There a beautiful 22' x 12' Private Pool (can be heated for an additional fee) on the property.
The home features an open concept floor plan. The 1st floor opens out to a large private courtyard and large private pool with lounging area, table and chairs. The 2nd Floor has 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds (4 twins) in large hallway - each with their own 12 inch TVs. The 3rd Floor has 2 King Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV and private En-Suite bath. The Main house comfortably sleeps 12, with 8 in beds and 4 in twin bunks.
