Nestled at the juncture of Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach, this desirable location offers a mere 2-minute stroll to the vibrant center of Rosemary, as well as ample opportunities for leisurely bike rides along the scenic 30A route. Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach are renowned for their charming shops, bustling open-air markets, and diverse recreational activities. Whether you seek a serene weekend escape, a rejuvenating week-long retreat, or a memorable multi-family holiday, Winston at Rosemary presents an ideal accommodation option.

Upon entering the property from the pool deck, guests are welcomed into a spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, complemented by ample seating for dining and entertainment. Ascend via stairs or elevator to the second and third floors, where the bedrooms and expansive balconies await. The second floor features a luxurious king master suite and an additional king bedroom, while the third floor offers another king master suite, a second king bedroom, and four full-sized bunk beds in the hallway. For those requiring extra accommodations, a carriage house is available for rent, accommodating four guests with a queen master bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa.

Boasting exclusive access to a private pool, close proximity to the beach, off-street parking for two vehicles, and easy access to the attractions of Rosemary, Winston at Rosemary ensures a stay where driving becomes an optional luxury during your vacation experience.

NOTE: There is a separate carriage house & flat located in front of Winston at Rosemary. If you do not wish to reserve the carriage house & flat along with Winston at Rosemary, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.
