The space
This is a spacious 2000 Sqft two story home w/ 4 beds, 1 sofa sleeper, and 2.5 baths. Home comes w/ two huge TVs, both with Cox cable to watch movies, sporting events, etc. Living room TV is a smart TV so that you can log in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Master Bedroom - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Kind bed
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed (2 Fulls)
Bedroom 4 - Sofa Sleeper (Queen)
Couch is big enough to sleep one as well
Kitchen:
Comes fully stocked w/ pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a full bar setup which includes wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer mugs, margarita glasses, whiskey glasses, and shot glasses. Also included is a mini fridge for your beverages. Regular refrigerator has filtered water and ice.
Dining area:
Large Dining room table set that seats 6 comfortably. 3 larger bar stools at the island for additional seating.
Living area:
Large sectional with room to hang out and watch tv (cable included) on the massive 86" big screen Smart TV. Plenty of card games included.

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, backyard and pool were EXCELLENT, and property is centrally located to so many amenities in the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We will certainly stay here again!

Everything was great! The house was just as described, it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. One bed was missing sheets and the owner responded by sending us new ones immediately. The house was in a good location and close to many things. The only hiccup was that the door code didn’t work and this issue was never resolved, we used the garage entrance for the stay. Keurig was also broken. House does need new pool toys (ie noodles were all broken apart)

The pool and artificial grass were such a delight. My kids and I enjoyed staying here. Perfect for the family.
