location was perfect for us quiet clean spacious

breakfast not applicable. The towels and soap supplies were great. Loved having the ping pong available and an outside patio with table.
The beds were clean and neatly made but a little hard. Since we had 7 people, we could have used a little more dining space and chairs. We suggest maybe having some games and books. A toaster would be great. It took and minute to find the toaster oven and it didn't work as well as a toaster. Lastly, the lighting is very dim and some didn't work. I hope this helps for future guests.

The location was awesome.
The only thing i didn't like was the master bedroom bed, it was kind of hard and woke up with pain.
