- BEDROOMS -
-All beds feature memory foam mattresses, and many guests have commented that they've slept exceptionally well on them.
-The primary bedroom is light and airy and features a Queen size bed. This room is also outfitted with an ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a dresser, and a walk-in closet.
-The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, in addition to a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a large mirror.
-The third bedroom is perfect for any kiddos you may be traveling with or adults looking to recreate childhood memories of sleepovers. The full-size bunk beds (with memory foam mattresses) are big enough for travelers of any age. In addition, there are drawers for your belongings, along with a cozy rocking chair glider.
-For additional sleeping arrangements, the main living room sofa pulls out into a Queen size bed, as does the couch in the game room. The sofa in the sitting area just off the dining room/bunk room also pulls out into a full-size bed. Should you need it, a Pack n' Play is also available.
- BATHROOMS -
With three recently renovated full bathrooms.
-The Primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, complete with a sliding farmhouse-style door and a walk-in shower.
-The second bathroom is just off the second bedroom and the living room. It features dual sinks and mirrors, along with a bathtub/shower combo.
-The third bathroom is off the sitting room (which connects to the Dining Room, Game Room, and Bunk Room) and has a walk-in shower and all the towels your group will need for bathing and pool use. The third bathroom also has a door that leads directly to the outdoor pool area.
***All bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries: Hand Soap, Shampoo/Body Wash, and Conditioner
- KITCHEN & DINING AREA -
The home's sleek and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for whipping up tasty group meals. It features ample quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster/toaster oven, drip coffee maker & dishwasher), and cooking basics like spices, utensils, and dishware.
-The large island is a great place for serving buffet-style meals or laying out snacks and appetizers.
-A child's high chair can be made available upon request - make sure to let us know ahead of time so we can have it there for you when you check-in.
-Just off the kitchen, you will find a large dining area, complete with two long tables that can be kept separate or combined, comfortably seating 12 guests. This room gets tons of natural light from the large window and sliding doors. It also features a convenient serving pass-through between the kitchen and dining area.
Laundry Room: Should you need to do any laundry during your stay, feel free to use the laundry room, complete with a new, high-capacity washer and dryer and laundry detergent pods.
- INDOOR LIVING AREAS -
Immediately after you enter The Bluefield Resort, you'll appreciate the vibrant furnishings, desert/tropical decor, and natural sunlight that floods in through the large windows. The main living room features a large plush sofa, two cozy chairs, a 75" flatscreen smart TV, and opens onto the kitchen area.
Just off the dining room, you'll find a spacious sitting room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a walk-in closet filled with games and bedding for the pull-out beds.
The game room is fun for all ages. Some of the highlights include a pool & ping pong table (full-size table in the garage), a shuffleboard table, and a mini foosball table. The game room is also used as a second living room thanks to the comfy sofa and 55" flatscreen smart TV.
- OUTDOOR AREAS -
The outdoor area is a consistent favorite and is what really puts The Bluefield Resort above other homes in the area. It's easy to stay entertained thanks to our wide assortment of yard games, including a mega chessboard, a putting green, corn hole, ladder ball, and a cup pong table. At night you and your group can gather around the fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs and string lights hung between the palm trees.
The covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal, and here, you'll find tables and chairs and a gas grill for cookouts. The patio also features an outdoor 50" flatscreen smart TV.
The pool is the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day. You'll have fun with our collection of pool toys, floats, and pool towels. There are also sunbathing lounge chairs and hammocks hanging between the palm trees.
The pool is heated year-round for no additional charge!
As there is no safety fence around the perimeter of the pool, always watch children when they're in the backyard. Guests assume all risks when using the yard/pool.
- THINGS TO NOTE -
Dog-friendly (dog bowls provided). Up to 2 dogs are allowed ($150 fee per dog/stay).
Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible for a $50 fee; check with the guest assistant for details.
No smoking/vaping. No parties or events without the host's permission. Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm.

We had such a pleasant stay, I could talk all day, but if you are browsing homes in the area and reading this, I want to give you the most important facts about our experience:
First off, the house looks better than the pictures, it is almost always the other way around, a pleasant surprise…
More importantly, not only it looks good, every single furniture was functional, comfortable and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, all rooms were decorated but not cluttered, comfort, design and function was prioritized in every room.
And the kitchen… OMG, and trust me as someone who’s been around the world and having stayed in massive mansions and such, this one was my favorite. Why? Because someone (no offense to men but I suspect there is a smart woman behind this) actually cared enough to think through what could possibly be needed and calculated every single detail meticulously . It may sound not so important but I hate when I pay so much money and walk into a house where they got the cheapest coffee in the world or better yet don’t even have it. But this one, they had a specialty coffee, and even a coffee grinder was there. They had a pizza cutter, for example. Or they had towels for the pool. They had an extra propane in the backyard for the firepit or the grill. I can go on and on. Small but thoughtful details that makes you feel welcome and appreciated.
Let me also tell you about the location too. I had meetings around Kierland Commons which is the hottest part in town now with the best restaurants and shopping around. And I was able to get there in 10 minutes. I was able to park my car in the garage too, so the car was not hot when I had to drive.
Kids enjoyed the entire stay, and they loved when we gave them an entire unit full with a bedroom with a full size loft bunk bed, a bathroom that also opens to the pool area, a game room with TV, a large walk in…
And the hammocks were a big hit for all of us, the heated pool was awesome, and we absolutely loved gathering around the firepit.
I cannot express our gratitude to the owners for making this such a wonderful experience for my family.
I will be booking this place every time I visit Scottsdale and recommend it to anyone either or without kids.

The home was clean and beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants close. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time

It was ok for the most part. Here are my complaints...for the "games", putting green isn't any good. Ping pong table broken, pool table not good, shuffle board had bad sand, fuse ball was missing bumpers so we couldn't play that either. The corn hole was plastic and the bags just bounce like a trampoline. It was 3 dads and 3 boys. We got the house becuase of the "games". The house was nice, bed situation isn't good as there are only 4 beds not including the couches. I dont call the couches beds because the mattresses were so bad. The dishwasher was broken and it was not function able while we were there. They did send a maitanance person quick but he didn't have the parts.The backyard was nice and big. Nothing special about it. I would not stay here agian.
