The space
This spacious suite comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a stylish metropolitan design with high ceilings (10–12 ft), large windows, and a bright open layout. It’s ideal for families, friends, or business travelers who want an elevated stay with hotel-quality comfort. The home includes 2 King beds for the first four guests and a Queen sofa bed with fresh bedding for additional guests.
The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern countertops, and everything you need to cook at home, plus complimentary coffee and tea. You’ll also enjoy central heating and cooling, roomy bedroom closets for longer stays, luxury vinyl tile flooring, and updated finishes throughout.

The location is excellent. Very close to McCormick center - and walkable to two train stations. The apartment is very sparsely decorated. I would suggest some bath mats in the two bathrooms. We only received two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. Luckily the second bedroom wasn't used by anyone. Other than that - the hosts were great to work with. The onsite parking worked very well.

Great place to stay for a conference at McCormick just around the corner. Building is dingy and walls in space are extremely thin. Overall, would stay again for location.

Be warned communication is slow do not expect fast responses. During the booking process, we checked in with the host to see if we could store our luggage somewhere. We were assured that would be no problem at all so we continued booking early travel arrangements. Upon asking for luggage storage directions specifically the night before our travel, they started saying it might not be possible but at that point it was too late to change planes. When we landed in Chicago they tried to say we couldn't store our luggage there cause the company that is in the building was full and expected us to be completely okay with that response. After hours of back and forth, we were finally able to go to the apt and drop off our bags. The reason we were given for the delay was that the cleaning crew was there but upon arriving at the apt it was obvious the cleaning crew had been gone for at least an hour. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet most bathrooms were out or running low on toilet paper and there were only 4 towels in the whole apartment with a booking for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property management company isnt helpful and the AC doesn't work at all. The location is great but this apartment isn't worth the money.
