Come spend time in idyllic Leipers Fork Village in Franklin, TN. Relax and enjoy a quiet break in the country to revive your body and spirit. Over Yonder offers a front porch with five rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends, listen to the gentle flow of the creek across the street, and enjoy the wooded surroundings.
Over Yonder is just 1.8 miles from Leipers Fork Village, which offers restaurants, music, antique shops, art galleries, and a spa. Leipers Fork is about 40 minutes from the downtown Nashville scene.
When you enter Over Yonder, you see a large open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining area, and living room. It is a great place to gather and visit while preparing dinner or playing games at the dining table.
The kitchen is well-equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals.
This charming house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms include a queen-size bed and a chair or love seat. One bedroom and a bath are on the first floor, and the upstairs offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bathrooms include a large shower, and the upstairs bathroom includes a standalone tub.
A full-sized washer and dryer are available on the first floor.
The hills in Leipers Fork cause spotty cell service. While at Over Yonder, it is best to log on to the free wifi and use the wifi calling feature on your cell phone. This works beautifully for calls and texts.
We have upgraded to fiber internet service as soon as it was available at our address (April 2025).
Our guests have full access to the whole house. I do request that people refrain from entering the old shed on the property. It actually used to be a smoke house and I have future plans to renovate it while keeping the charm of the old, but right now it is in need of repair, so off limits.
Country Living Over Yonder. The outdoor area includes a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Nice, clean, peaceful. House was over yonder and that was perfect for what we were looking for. Location is a bit of a drive to downtown / Opry (40ish minutes) but is in the peaceful and relaxing part of town. Sitting in the rocking chair on the front porch was awfully peaceful. A great getaway spot!!! Peggy was great and responsive too - very nice all around.

Over yonder was a wonderful getaway place. I was there for two weeks and enjoyed it all. One of the best things that surprised me was being able to sit on the front porch and hear the babbling brook across the road.Peggy just thinks of so many helpful details to make her guests comfortable and to make the house functional.I would certainly stay here again
