We just enjoyed our third stay at Jim and Jennifer's Las Conchas home, and we already have plans to come back! That should tell you everything you need to know.This is truly the perfect house. The size is ideal for our needs, and the location is simply phenomenal. Staying for a full week allowed us to really settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy the space. We have zero complaints!You can easily access town, and the beach is just a few short steps away—absolute paradise.We can't recommend this house highly enough. The property managers, Kora and his wife, are wonderful and so friendly. In fact, Jim, Jennifer, and Kora surprised us with a welcoming gift for our anniversary and birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch that truly made our day.If you're looking for a place in Puerto Peñasco, look no further. This beautiful house will more than suit your needs and help create wonderful memories.

Jennifer and Jim, we had another amazing stay at your beautiful home! We absolutely love it there. Once again, we had a perfect weekend enjoying the well-stocked house and being just steps from the beach. The neighborhood is so lovely, too. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at Jennifer’s Los Conchas Beach House was absolutely amazing—we even brought our pup, Moo, and everything was perfect! Crossing the border was hassle-free, and Kora met us at the house with no issues. The house itself was phenomenal—spacious, clean, and in an excellent location close to town and local attractions. (Pro tip: Toxic Coffee is just down the road if you’re a coffee lover!) The beach is literally steps away, making it ideal for quick dips or sunset walks. Inside, the house had everything we needed: three TVs, central AC, warm showers, and a fully stocked kitchen with dishware. It was even bigger than we expected! Jennifer’s directions made it super easy to find, and we had zero complaints—just a flawless experience. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Jennifer, for an unforgettable stay!

We loved the house, Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. Bed were very comfortable. The back patio was amazing. We loves the fact we were able to use the garage. Kora the housekeeper was so much help. He answered every time we called. The only problem we had was the water situation. We unfortunately ran out of water pretty pfast and had to be very careful with use of water. We had to cut our shower very very short and there was five adults in the house. We barley made it thru with the water.
