About this apartment rental
40 m2 house adjoining the owners' house. After 5 steps, you will access the "Géranium" gîte with reversible air conditioning for 2 people, with an entrance to the kitchen (fridge-top, 2 induction hobs, microwave) open to the dining-living room with a sofa bed, a television, a Wi-Fi internet connection. In this same room, you will have a 160x200 bed and you will appreciate the quality of the independent bathroom with shower, sink and electric towel dryer (washing machine). Separate WC. When you return from your visits, you will enjoy the 20 m2 unfenced garden in front of the gîte with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request. End-of-stay cleaning: €50, towels: €8/person, sheets: €10/bed, pet supplement: €5/day. This cozy nest is very close to the most beautiful tourist sites in the Périgord: Sarlat (a medieval town with an exceptional heritage 15 km away), Castelnaud Castle, Beynac and Milandes castles, Montfort and Fénelon castles, the village of La Roque-Gageac, the Bastide town of Domme in the Dordogne Valley, and Les Eyzies de Tayac (Capital of Prehistory), the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, as well as Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm in the Lot region...
The cottage is located near the Dordogne River; an ideal place to fully enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, and canoeing, not to mention hiking and cycling. Come and share a moment with the owners' companions: donkeys, chickens, horses, cows, and dogs. This cottage will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries during your stay in Périgord.
