Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's house. Ground floor: Living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge area. WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and the other with a queen-size bed (160cm). Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. Air conditioning in the upstairs hallway.
Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi internet access.
Unfenced garden with outdoor furniture. Outdoor games: swing set, toy tractor, playhouse, balls, badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks, mölkky.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath.
End-of-stay cleaning: €50, Sheets: €10/bed, Towels: €8/person, Pet supplement: €5/day. In the Dordogne Valley, a peaceful cottage in the countryside.
