Close to many supermarkets, café, restaurants, trendy shops.
The Picasso and Pompidou museums are located a few minutes walk away.
Louvre Museum is 1.9km away (26 min from operation).
Notre Dame Cathedral is 1.3km away (18 min from operation)
Metro line 1 (3 min), taxi parking (2 min), Vélib' (2 min).

It includes an equipped kitchen with a stovetop, a fridge, a fridge, a fridge an oven, kitchen utensils, a juice press.

Heating and electricity are paid by me for reasonable use.
Beyond the usual consumption a contribution will be required.

for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 300 days.
Upon receipt of your application, we will ask you for a copy of your identity card or passport, your address and a copy of your Proof of eligibility for the mobility lease so that the booking can take place, which will allow us to prepare a contract, at the signature of both parties.
A security deposit in cash, credit card or debit card may be requested upon arrival to cover any unforeseen costs.
You are responsible for the maintenance of the apartment. If you don't want to do it yourself, I can put you in touch with a cleaning service.
Every evening between 8pm and 10:30pm, every Sunday and all public holidays, arrival fee of 50€ (cash only).
Quiet hours must be respected
