Newly remodeled, contemporary, architect’s studio apartment (300 sq. ft.) in the heart of the Marais on rue Saint-Paul. Apartment has wood floors, tastefully simple furniture, and clean modern bathroom (with bathtub/shower), washer/dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, and grill. Apartment is on first floor (up one flight of stairs or use elevator) with two large windows facing quiet courtyard. Double platform bed. Perfect for a single person or couple seeking an alternative to tiny, dingy, over-priced Parisian hotel rooms. 130 euros/night

The flat is basically what you would expect from a studio in the Marais. Very quiet (although you can very clearly hear the neighbors when they are in the hall, which doesn't happen too much), in a nice residence. Well equipped, and a very good location. It is not huge, but comfortable. Good experience overall, good contact with the owner.

Loved the easy Metro access and the walkability of this neighborhood. The flat is well-represented in photos. It’s a no-frills studio, accommodating two of us—but no more. Lana was a charming host and communicated promptly. We also recommend the corner restaurant Bouquet.

I enjoyed my stay. The owner is communicative and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The flat was just as described. Marais is a great area with lots of restaurants and shops and close walking distance from sights and the metro. Thank you!
