Designed for professionals on the move, the accommodations are fully equipped and household linen is provided: you arrive with your suitcase and you are at home the same evening.
The living space - Exposed beams, solid wood parquet and period fireplace. A glass roof opens the living room onto the kitchen and diffuses light throughout the space. Two large windows overlook a quiet street, with furnished benches that make a reading corner and a natural workstation. Double berth 140×200 with top-of-the-range mattress.
The kitchen, completely renovated and equipped - Induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee machine and V60 filter, kettle, teapot, toaster.

The studio is located on the 5th floor without a lift. It accommodates a maximum of 2 people. There is no air conditioning, a Dyson fan is available. The fireplace is authentic but cannot be used, in accordance with Parisian legislation.
Self-arrival from 3 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.
Terms of the mobility lease:
Rental period between 1 and 10 months. No stay of less than one month can be accepted.
The tenant must prove a mobility situation: temporary assignment, professional transfer, professional training, higher education, internship, apprenticeship contract or civic service commitment. Proof is required at the time of signature.
Before validating the application, I will ask you for proof drawn up by a third party, corresponding to your situation: internship agreement, certificate of registration, letter of assignment or assignment from the employer, apprenticeship contract.
