About this house rental
Welcome to your “Home Away from Home”!
Enjoy your beach getaway experience with our 3-story townhome that includes custom upgrades, high-end staging with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Looking for quick, easy beach access? No problem! We are located across the street from the beach with amazing Ocean views from our 2nd AND 3rd floor balconies!! We absolutely love spending time here with our three children and cannot wait for you to do the same :)
*Navigating our Home*
As you enter the front door, you’ll notice a large bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed, a sleeper-sofa, small fridge with custom cabinets, and full bathroom. Our living area and kitchen are located on the second floor in an open-concept environment. Whether it’s hanging out with friends/family or eating dinner at the table, what we love about this living space is that you can look out and watch the calm ocean movement for miles on end. So relaxing! If that’s not enough, we have two ocean-facing balconies with breath-taking views, including our 3rd floor balcony located off the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. There’s also an additional bedroom with queen-sized bed, laundry room, and two full bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Want outdoor space to relax? We also have a small, private back patio and a large deck in the front on 1st street, perfect for “people watching” and enjoying the activities.
There’s no need to worry about parking or finding beach access. We have 4 private parking spaces and are located, literally across the street from the beach!! It’s perfect! So you don’t have to plan to spend long hours at one time at the beach. You can easily go back and forth as needed. We have boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids as well as board games for the family when spending time inside. Every room has an UHD 4K LED Smart TV with Hulu Live cable and WiFi available throughout the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. All you need to do is grab some food/drinks and you’ll be set! All guests have access to the entire home, except for our garage.

We are very social, however we do respect everyone’s privacy. With that being said, you won’t see us during your stay but we are available by email, text and calls anytime! Upon confirmation of your booking, the night before your stay we will send you the door code so that you can enter as soon as you arrive. We change the code after each reservation.
*Surrounding Area*
The atmosphere is amazing! Aside from being right across the street from the beach, we are located within walking distance to many restaurants and eating establishments, both locally and nationally known. There’s even a Starbucks right around the corner! A few blocks down the road is the Ocean Front Park as well.

We booked this location for our family Christmas trip. The space and location were absolutely perfect for our group. We were literally across the street from the beach (the weather allowed for two days spent there!) and the balcony overlooking the street allowed us to watch and interact with the myriad of bikers, runners and those walking dogs-such friendly people. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for to cook and move around. I reached out to the hosts prior to booking to clarify an item and they were extremely responsive. After booking, the clear and prompt communication continued. These were probably the most responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with. If I could give this home and its hosts more stars, I would. Absolutely recommend and we will book this location again.

We needed someplace close to the wedding venue for our bridesmaids and bride to sleep and get ready. With 10 sleeping spots, sunny interiors and location a block off the beach for fun…it couldn’t have been better. Thoughtfully equipped with all the basics of a home, this rental was ideal. Hosts responded quickly and all was as promised. Would definitely reserve again!

The property was as described. Unfortunately due to extensive road work on the corner where the property is located, we didn't have use of the driveway and had 4 cars! Luckily the owner was able to get in touch with the town, who provided parking permits for us to use in the beach lot across the street.

Lou and Jess were great hosts! They were very responsive to my many questions and have a lovely home. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is large, it was great for our group of 10.
