Charming, detached chalet in a quiet location, 600 meters from the village, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The cottage is situated in the Moselle Valley, offering opportunities for walks and fishing. Nancy, with its Place Stanislas, and the Château des Lumières in Lunéville are 30 minutes away. A multi-sports field and a city stadium are available in the village.
A restaurant is 5 km away, and shops are 10 km away.
Your four-legged companion is welcome for a fee of 50 Euros per booking, provided you declare it in advance. (One pet only)
A dedicated 16A socket is available on-site for charging your electric vehicle. The chalet is detached.
The main room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture.
There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed), a shower room (with a hydromassage shower), and a separate toilet.
Electric heating (10 kWh/day included in the price), bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included.
Internet access (fiber optic).
Access via a 600-meter driveway.
Private parking in front of the chalet.
Fishing accommodation certified.
Public pond approximately 1 km from the chalet, accessible with a national fishing permit.
