Located on the first floor, it features a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 100 m² garden. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers...
- Bedroom 1 (12 m²): with double bed (140×190), closet and TV
- Bedroom 2 (25 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), closet, TV and desk
- Bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3 (25 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), closet, TV, desk and bench seat
- Bedroom 4 (10 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), and 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, closet and desk
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, two cots, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
