About this cottage rental
Ground-floor holiday cottage (90 m²) for 4 people, in the heart of the village next to the church, in a house with another apartment upstairs. Villey-le-Sec is a village within a fortified complex that can be explored by tourist train. It is the starting point for numerous hikes, and the nearby Moselle River will delight anglers and cyclists along its banks. Nancy is 25 km away. The ground-floor cottage (90 m²) sleeps 4 and is located in the heart of the village next to the church, in a house with another apartment upstairs.
Completely independent access from the garden (5 steps) or from the second bedroom (on the ground floor).
35 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, large worktop, and fireplace with insert.
Small separate sitting room.
2 bedrooms, each with two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180x200 cm double bed.
Bathroom with a large 140x90 shower, separate toilet with washbasin.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Enclosed 700 m² garden, 2 terraces, wooden outdoor furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue.
Private parking in the garden and bicycle storage. Although on one level, the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (door width not suitable). A31 Nancy/Toul exit no. 15 Dommartin-les-Toul. Take the D400 towards Toul, then follow the D909. In Villey-le-Sec, take the first left after the church. The cottage is at the end of the lane.
