Pools, Restaurant, and Sea Store now OPEN!! "Indoor" Pool (Structure not yet rebuilt- currently an open-air pool.)
-The indoor hot tub and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.
SunDestin 1808 is a penthouse, Gulf front, 1BR/1BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful, newly updated condo with washer/dryer in unit has floor to ceiling Gulf views and a spacious balcony. 2021 updates include new flooring, new décor throughout, new bedroom furnishings including a mattress, new sleeper sofa, and a fully remodeled kitchen and bath. The bedroom has a king bed and En suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hallway has twin bunk beds the kids are sure to love, and the sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The gorgeous full kitchen has granite countertops with an eat-in bar with seating for four, and a small dining table has seating for two. Make SunDestin 1808 your next family beach getaway.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
*There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street. *
SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

The view was amazing!! We watched dolphins swim every morning from the balcony. The rooms have been renovated and there are many imperfections in the work but the room was very clean. It was furnished very nicely and had everything we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy.Condo was as described and welcoming.View was un-beatable. Laundry machine in condo did not drain the water,so we just used the machines on the floor.We didn't report till we left cuz it wasn't that big of an issue,everything else was fine.
