About this villa rental
Wooden house on two levels, of 116m2 overlooking 20 m2 of veranda in front of which the swimming pool (equipped with a working alarm) is surrounded by 75 m2 of wooden terrace and a tropical garden.
On the first floor: the master bedroom with its washbasin area and Italian shower opens through a bay window onto the veranda. The kitchen is separated from the living-dining room by a counter, the dining room opens through two large bay windows onto the veranda.
A toilet and a shed are also located on this level.
On the first floor: two bedrooms are available (a third is locked and contains our personal belongings), as well as a bathroom with sink, corner bathtub and toilet.
The bedrooms are all equipped with ceiling fans with remote controls.
The house is ideally located, at an altitude of 475 m, between the sea and the mountains, quiet, 3 minutes walk from shops (tobacco, mini-market, gas station, banks, pharmacy, doctors...) and also from a market on Wednesday mornings.
It takes a maximum of 8 minutes to get to the interchange of the Route des Tamarins which gives access to the south or north of the island and about 15 minutes from the lagoon of La Saline les Bains.
A small view of the sea allows you to admire the magnificent sunsets of Reunion Island.
