Villa located in Saint Gilles les Hauts (west side of the island), less than a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Saint Gilles-les-Bains, L’Ermitage-les-Bains, and La Saline-les-Bains (the island’s most beautiful beaches).
Elevation: 300 meters (the perfect elevation for living on Réunion).
You can fully enjoy its private, secure pool, its hot tub, and the tranquility of the surroundings.
This bright, newly built villa features spacious rooms and includes:
On the first floor
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a living room
- a dining room
- a separate toilet
- a laundry room
- a large veranda
Upstairs:
- two double bedrooms (140 x 190 double beds), each with its own bathroom (shower + sink)
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a vanity with a single sink
By the pool, you can enjoy a lounge area, a dining area in the shade of a beautiful veranda, and a 3-burner gas grill.
It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation just a stone’s throw from the Port of St-Gilles-les-Bains and its water sports.
You can enjoy lovely evenings at the many seaside restaurants.
The Route des Tamarins is less than 5 minutes away and serves as a starting point for exploring the west, south, and north of the island.

Baby equipment available: Travel crib, car seat (up to 18 kg), high chair, baby bouncer, changing table, and baby bathtub.
Proof of vacation liability insurance will be required at the time of booking.
A tourist tax will be collected upon your arrival (paid to the municipality)
The rate is €1.50 per night per adult (tourist tax rate for a 4-star furnished apartment)
In accordance with Article L2333-29 of the CGCT, “the tourist tax is levied on individuals who are not domiciled in the municipality and who do not own a residence there that would make them liable for the housing tax.”
The taxpayer pays the tourist tax to the accommodation provider, who will remit the full amount of taxes collected to the local authority on the taxpayer’s behalf.
The exemptions provided for in Article L2333-31 of the CGCT upon presentation of supporting documentation are:
