It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the secure lagoon of La Saline in a private residence with a swimming pool reserved for residents and its parking space. Close to Saint-Gilles-les bains /Trou d'eau / Hermitage. You will enjoy your aperitifs and meals under the pretty pergola of the terrace adjoining the villa. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, an air-conditioned living room, an air-conditioned television and dining area, a fully equipped American kitchen, a hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and bathroom with walk-in shower, but also a washing machine and a dryer. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels).
