About this house rental
La Bree les Bains, shops and beaches nearby for this charming, freshly renovated and fully equipped cosy house for 4 to 5 people.
Location:
Ideally located in the pretty town of La Brée-les-Bains, you can easily access the shops in the town centre on foot or by bike, the famous daily market of La Brée and the magnificent beach of Planginot. Located near the village, it is a quiet beach for children, supervised during the school holidays of July and August and which offers areas specially reserved for the practice of water sports. At low tide, it offers fishermen a fabulous rocky foreshore ideal for fishing on foot. A beach restaurant is also open all summer. Beach for surfing and port a few minutes away by bike.
Ideal for short school holidays, shops open all year round. Very comfortable house even in winter. Heating included in the rental price.
Car free holidays guaranteed. 2 bicycles in working order are at your disposal, it is possible to rent bicycles in the city center and store them in a locked storage room.
The house:
We offer a house of 38 m2 on a plot of 100 m2 recommended for 4 people, but can accommodate 4 adults + 1 child.
The south-facing rental offers a covered terrace with garden furniture, a landscaped garden in gravel equipped with a garden table with its 6 chairs, a parasol, 2 deckchairs, a gas BBQ and a traditional charcoal one. The garden is fenced by a low wall of 80 cm.
The house is composed of:
A main room with new equipped kitchen, dining table + 4 chairs, lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people.
A shower room with toilet and washing machine
A mezzanine with sleeping 1 person
A bedroom with 140/190 bed, new bedding and large storage cupboard
Satellite TV, 4G with excellent speed.
Possibility to park the car in front of the house or in the parking lot of the residence.
Welcome and inventory of fixtures done in person. 3 nights minimum. Arrival after 4 pm and departure before 10 am.
End of stay cleaning included in the price, however we ask you to empty the bins, remove the sheets if you have rented them, clean the dishes and the kitchen area.
Pets are allowed (bowls available) provided that you pick up droppings in the garden and do not allow access to the floor.
Rental of household linen on request (sheets, towel, dish towel and bath mat) 20€/person.
