About this house rental
Family house of 60m², located 300m from Les Huttes beach, in the town of St Denis d'Oléron, in the wild and pretty part of the north of the island.
Rental for weekend, week or more.
On the ground floor:
- a living room with open fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...)
The living room, with a large corner sofa and a flat screen TV, opens onto a south-facing terrace, and a 100 m2 garden facing south to enjoy the sun.
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 140 * 200 double bed.
- a bedroom with 1 bunk bed 140 * 190 and 90 * 190 and 1 bed 90 * 190
Each bedroom has large closets, and each bed is equipped with 1 duvet, and 2 pillows.
- a bathroom with a large shower, a vanity unit.
- WCs above and below.
bikes available (4 adults and 3 children, 6, 8 and 10 years old).
wifi and orange tv channels.
Barbecue.
Child equipment: high chair, cot.
Sun bathing.

2 parking spaces and a garage, will allow you to store your car and your beach, fishing or surfboards ... items!

2km away, the pretty market town of St Denis offers all the amenities: daily market in summer, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, tobacco, newspapers, restaurants, mini-market, post office, bank .... and its lively port.

Well equipped and ideally located. Garden is a bit small but the dunes are right outside the front door. Good Wifi and television setup. Clean and convent with bicycles. Helpful host too!

Very nice landlord. We did not bring bed linen, as in Germany it is included. She helped us out. Thanks for that!

Schönes, sauberesFerienhaus, ruhig gelegen und strandnah. Mit allem ausgestattet was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Schön auch der kleine Garten, vollständig umzäunt,was mit einem Hund natürlich von Vorteil ist. Die Betten waren für mich zu hart aber da hat jeder sein eigenes Empfinden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, sie standen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
