Staff always smiles and some of them work really hard. The location is a perfect picture, like in a tropical dream. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Well, the quality of the restaurant is not consistent. One moment meals are wonderful but on other moments it takes over an hour to prepare something and when I finally got it, it was cold. I forgot my sunglasses in the room when I checked out. I texted, had my next hotel call but nothing moved. I got a standard email with the question if I wanted to book a room ??? No help at all, very disappointing.

Well, maybe you could add more mocktails & cocktails also massage facilities with shuttle as well

The resort exceeded our expectations with its excellent beachfront location, offering easy access to snorkeling right from the shore. The clear waters and vibrant marine life made every snorkeling session a memorable experience. The room was also exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing the perfect place to relax after a day by the sea. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great snorkeling opportunities.

The resort's beachfront location and convenient snorkeling access were excellent, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the beach itself was not as clean as expected, with some debris visible during our stay. In addition, the air-conditioning in the room could have been colder, especially during the warmer parts of the day. Despite these minor shortcomings, we still had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the resort's beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations.

We started off on the wrong foot. We waited over an hour to be picked up from airport and every time we called they would just hang up on us like they didn’t understand English. I tried contacting on their WhatsApp but no response. I finally got a response on booking.com after about 40 mins of trying. When we arrived at hotel I was upset as it was hot and had my young daughter with us. The staff understood and could speak English so I didn’t understand why they kept hanging up. They apologised and admit that it was their mistake. Other than this encounter the staff were very helpful and kind. They helped us arrange for tour and negotiated price for us. The tours are early morning like 6am pick up so you miss breakfast but they have option for a little packed box for you to take away that you need to preorder.

Location, although next to the beach it wasn’t super clean there was plastic bottles lying around. The pools weren’t really clean and some guests feeding their kids breakfast inside the pool so rice falling in but staff didn’t seemed bothered. Locals also use the beach so something to be mindful of. They come in groups set up bbq etc it’s not an exclusive beach only to guests even though you need to enter via hotel entrance. There’s lots of mosquitoes in rooms and around. We had to keep calling reception for some insect spray they came with one initially and sprayed twice and it was finish so had to call back for another or coil. You are literally in the middle of nowhere so you next to taxi to town and it’s 100.000 RP each way. There isn’t much selection from food menu nor is there for breakfast. Breakfast is mainly Indonesian food. It’s a shame as this place has so much potential if had a renovation. We were also told by one staff that kayaka was included and could take out. My husband went out the next morning only to be greeted by a staff member on return demanding to pay $5. We told him why other staff said but he followed my husband to room and said we needed to pay. We told him charge it to account but he kept saying no pay cash. We called reception who said yes we needed to pay but can charge to account so we thought that was that but no he knocked again to say we needed to pay. He finally went off and came back with a bill to sign. We didn’t mind paying but being told wrong info at start and then being harassed 🤦🏻‍♀️
