High-quality, beautiful hotel with a nice location that offers wow-views. We loved the relaxed vibe of the hotel, especially the "beach club" on the jetty was a paradise for reading / sundowners. Rooms are really comfortable and quiet, we slept really well. Food is great, although could be a bit more healthy food options. Staff are wonderful, kind and gracious. Spa is lovely with very good massage therapists.
The gym is a disappointment, very small and poorly appointed. It's frequently used and when there are 2 people inside, it's already crowded. Also, front office needs training, check-in/out took extremely long and pre-arranged taxi was not there even when double checked on it.

A beautiful resort with a wonderful atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax before exploring Komodo National Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A truly lovely experience, even though we stayed for just one night!
Nothing to complain about. Our only regret was staying for just one night!
