Fabulous location overlooking the harbour. Great to watch the boats from your balcony and from the restaurant on floor 6. Friendly, efficient staff. Superb breakfast, so much choice. The Bay restaurant on the 6 floor serves great cocktails and great food. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Loved it.

The shower area could have been cleaner on the floor and you could see hand prints on the glass when you had a shower. The white grouting in the sink was discoloured and could be replaced. Otherwise, everything was really great.

The location right on the water was amazing. Having dinner and breakfast overlooking the harbor was great. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. Can’t beat the view!

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering that it is supposed to be a 5-star property. First, upon arrival, we had to wait approximately 35 minutes before our room was ready. We had left our luggage at reception while waiting, but once the room was available, we were asked to go and collect our own luggage. In a 5-star hotel, we would expect the staff to take care of this and have the luggage delivered directly to the room. When we finally entered the room, there were no towels. I immediately contacted reception, but it took more than one hour for the towels to be provided. These may seem like small details individually, but together they reflect a level of service that does not correspond to what we expected from a 5-star hotel. The most concerning issue, however, was the lack of privacy and security around the swimming pool. The pool is located right next to the restaurant, which is also open to people who are not staying at the hotel. On our last day, while I was heading to the pool, I noticed that a person who had been at the restaurant followed me into the pool area and was filming me while I was getting into the water. I personally asked him to delete the video, which he refused to do, claiming that he had only been filming the view. I then called the manager, who asked him to show us the video. It was very clear that I was actually being filmed. At that point, I honestly expected much more firmness from the hotel staff regarding such a serious privacy issue. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the situation was handled with the level of seriousness and protection that I would expect. We genuinely expected a much higher level of service, attention to guests and privacy from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our experience and fell well below the standards we expected.
