unit is in a good location but need a freshen up as paint/walls are looking dirty in some spots and furniture could be of higher quality. No screen on sliding door wall.

We have stayed at Summerhouse several times over the last 15 years. This unit eas ok but needs a deep cleaning. Also construction work was going on just outside our unit almost all week.

Great location. Dishwasher did not work. Maintenance came out to look at it, however it was not repaired while we were there (10 days). :(

I have been coming there for over 30 years and have enjoyed the experience but I am very angry that a $25 fee for parking has been implemented. Only allowing 2 passed per condo is crazy. We pay a lot for a week and this is so unnecessary. You have made everybody mad. I also do not have an electric can opener and the towels look dull and about 100 years old. It was Father's Day and we had to deal with the pass situation which was totally unfair. Will start looking for another place to stay after all these years.
