Adorable 1B/1Ba Steps to the Prom/Beach. Simply cute as a bugs ear, this darling cottage has a living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, Queen in the bedroom and Sofa Bed in living room. Kitchen includes dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and all cookware, glasses, dishes, etc. Bathroom has tub/shower combo, and bedroom has a flat screen TV. Bedroom has sliders to a private deck, which then opens up to the grassy back yard. The other unit (A) will be vacant during your stay at all times, so it's completely private for you! Just steps to the Promenade and Beach Access/View, not to mention Restaurant in the Best Western Hotel at the end of the street, you'll have access to restaurant/bar within steps, or stroll down just 4 blocks on the Prom to take in the famous Turnaround, many more restaurants and shops, the Arcade, Times Theater and Movie House. So much to do and see and you are just a short walk to EVERYTHING! Parking for 2 vehicles NO SMOKING NO PETS

Super cute little place, was very close to the beach and all the main shopping. I attended an event at the Convention Center which was really close, just 4 small blocks away. Accuracy of the listing and the communication were wonderful.
