Living room has comfortable seating, cable TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher, dinette set with sliders to balcony with river view. Free internet access. Unit is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people with no more than 2 vehicles allowed. No pets or smoking allowed. Guests are allowed to use the laundry facilities free of charge.

The condo was clean and nice everything just as advertised easy to find an easy parking, which isn’t always easy in Seaside. If we go back to that area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location! Clean and roomy. Met all our needs and nice to have off street parking and a little porch. Close walking distance to everything- would definitely come back!
