About this apartment rental
Directly facing the sea in front there are only plants and the sea, surrounded by the Parc del Mediterraneo. Air conditioning for cold-hot air conditioning. Large furnished terrace. Recent construction 1 hour from Granada and 1,30 from Sierra Nevada. Urbanization with gardens, swimming pool and tennis-paddle court. Ideal to combine the Andalusian cultural offer and enjoy the sea, visit Granada, go skiing and relax. Very quiet during the months of September to July. Very careful decoration and exhibition of original works of art with the possibility of purchase. Prices for four people, decreasing according to the duration of the stay. Parking within the urbanization free of charge, parking space (reservation required) inside. 200 € bail is requested.

We had a fantastic holiday in the appartment. The view was amazing both in the morning and at sunset. The children loved the pool. The redidence is clean and quiet and closeby to a beach which means that all tastes were catered for. The large balcony with sofas were much appreciated. The appartment was spacious with all we needed. The air conditioning was very efficient for the few days when it was extremely hot. You can walk to shops and restaurants easily too. A great stay and many thanks to the owner who was always available when we had questions.

Lovely property about 100m walk to the beach with lovely view from terrace. Pool area was great and well maintained.

Excellent location with direct access to a wonderful and quiet sand beach. The flat is highest quality and very well equipped. Perfect also for families with children.
The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing! Having breakfast there is just a dream!
Henner - the owner - was very helpful during the preparation and during all the stage. He kindly provided us with beach equipment and a baby bed.
Highly recommended!!
