It is in a renovated in BEACHFRONT with an avenue of palm trees and a place to relax and meet your dreams natural environment building. The apartment has a large sunny terrace overlooking the sea, WIFI, INTERNATIONAL TELEVISION, PRIVATE PARKING FREE and for sports enthusiasts, and two BICYCLES, availability of use of sports facilities, including tennis courts and paddle. In addition, it offers canoe adventures at sea. Special place for families. The price can vary depending on number of people.
The property has excellent quality both in space and furniture. It has four bedrooms (two each) with wardrobe, sheets and blankets included. There is a shower room and a bathroom. It also has a full kitchen utensils washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, all kinds of pots and pans. The living room is the central part of the house. It is very spacious with TV, leather chairs, extendable for a large group of people can eat spaciously table. After a large window, we turn to an outside terrace with excellent sea views. This is the ideal place for relaxation, rest, contemplation, gathering place, sharing a drink or light snacks.

Perfect for a family holiday. Loads of space and apartment well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants close by. Long walk into Amunecar but it's flat and a beautiful walk around the coast. Well worth the walk everyday. Gorgeous view of the sea to wake up to every morning and a lovely big balcony that was sheltered even on windy days/evenings. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
Be aware that the parking spaces for the apartment are a long walk round from the building entrance - find a space on the promenade to unload if you have a lot of luggage and then park the car. We found out that before Easter you didn't have to pay for parking on the seafront in Velilla and this will probably be the case later in the year. Much easier to leave your car near the building entrance if you plan to use it a lot on your holiday.

We were there from febuari 14-28 2014. The apartment is well equiped and has everything you need. The terrace has a wonderfull view over the sea and the bay. Having your breakfast there in the morning sun was really very nice. It is close to a small supermarket, cafe's and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly come back.
