Apartment in Almuñécar right on the beachfront at Velilla Beach, with incredible views from the balcony and the living/dining room.
Communal pool completely renovated in 2023.
The apartment is fully equipped. It has 2 bedrooms with new beds and mattresses. It features hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
For the youngest members of the family, we provide a playpen, high chair, and baby bathtub at no additional charge.
Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and many more apps. Free Wi-Fi so you can work from home without any issues.
The center of Almuñécar is a 25-minute walk along the waterfront.
In the area, you’ll find restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, and small stores.
The building has a communal pool for all residents to use and enjoy; it is open during the summer season from June 15 through September 15 (approximately).
Free on-street parking is available from September through June. During July, August, and Holy Week, the blue zone along the entire promenade is paid parking. We recommend downloading the Easypark app to manage payment (it’s quite affordable).
