We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

* **Additional Bedrooms:** Stylish and comfortable additional bedrooms ensure everyone has their own peaceful retreat.
* **Guest Verification:** For bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, we use a third-party service called Truvi for guest verification. This helps us comply with local regulations and adds protection for our guests and property. Truvi will contact you to complete this simple process before you arrive to ensure a smooth check-in.
* **Security Deposit Waiver:** Instead of a large, refundable security deposit, your booking includes a mandatory, non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver. This waiver covers you for up to $500 in reported accidental damages. Please note this does not cover intentional damage, theft, pet-related damages, or issues arising from policy violations. We are happy to provide full terms upon request.
