Our prime North OC location puts you steps from the beach and countless attractions while enjoying unique private space
1. CHECK-IN: 4pm est | CHECK-OUT: 10am est
2. NON-SMOKING- No smoking of any kind (Including vapes and e-cigarettes')
3. NO PETS- including ESA's are not allowed
4. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR- Please be respectful of the property and other guests
5. PARKING: Each unit includes 1 labeled parking spot per vehicle. Additional onsite parking options available.
6. Damage: (Beyond normal wear) broken or missing items will result in fee's at cost of repair and/or replacement of items

-DAMAGES: must be reported promptly to the manager within 24 hours of arrival
-SECURITY CAMERA is located on the front of property and monitors the grounds

This was a great place to stay. It was an easy walk to the ocean without crossing the Highway. The condo was clean and everything we needed.
