About this apartment rental
Large, bright, clean and comfortable two bedroom, two full bath condo, with full kitchen, living room, and dining area with an open floor plan. Laminate and tile flooring, Southern exposure Balcony adjacent to living area allows for outdoor dining as well as sunbathing, with a nice view of the pool. Included with the condo rental is access to the private Lorelei II pool with lounge chairs, sun deck, and outside showers. Beach chairs, sand toys and water toys are provided and located in condo specific exterior closet down the hall near the elevator on the same floor.
Situated across the street from Northside Park, which has walking and biking trails, playground, free weekly activities and concerts like Sundaes in the Park with Fireworks, a crabbing pier, kayak, SUP and paddle boat rentals, grills near picnic table-filled shelters and gorgeous sunset views!
There is a fun-filled adventure here waiting at Lorelei II for kids of all ages!!
In season, rentals begin and end on Saturdays. Couples, families and senior citizens only. In order to maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment, Lorelei II has an enforced noise ordinance. Any attendees at the condo must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who is over the age of 25. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises and no pets of any kind are allowed due to condo policy.

The location is perfect and love being next to Northside Park. The place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in while vacationing in Ocean City, MD. Will definitely stay again.

This condo was exactly as described. Everything was in excellent shape. Updated and very clean. The communication with the host was great. The location is nice and the park across the road was great. Lots to do in the area. I cannot think of anything that needs improved. You can trust this host to provide exactly what he says. Thank you for sharing your condo.
