Private unit boasts 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area fully furnished. Our prime North OC location puts you steps from the beach and countless attractions while enjoying unique private space
1. CHECK-IN: 4pm est | CHECK-OUT: 10am est
2. NON-SMOKING- No smoking of any kind (Including vapes and e-cigarettes')
3. NO PETS- including ESA's are not allowed
4. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR- Please be respectful of the property and other guests
5. PARKING: Each unit includes 1 labeled parking spot per vehicle. Additional onsite parking options available.
6. Damage: (Beyond normal wear) broken or missing items will result in fee's at cost of repair and/or replacement of items
Other Notes:
-DAMAGES: must be reported promptly to the manager within 24 hours of arrival
-SECURITY CAMERA is located on the front of property and monitors the grounds

We had so much fun at this place! Short walk to the beach and bus station which was the best. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was very clean when we arrived. We’re already planning our next stay :)

We stayed here over the 4th of July week. Had a very positive experience and the host was great to work with. The place is in a great location, away from tall buildings and the beach was easy to access. Parking was easy. Everything felt brand new, was clean, and recently updated. We didn’t use the putting green, but will definitely look to come here again. Thanks!
