Built in 1850, this charming 3-bedroom cottage in Charfield offers a cosy retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds and just a short drive from Bristol. The open-plan living and dining area features a wood burner and smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. A well-equipped kitchen sits next door. Upstairs, two double rooms and one king room share a bathroom with a large skylight and bath with overhead shower. Enjoy the south-facing garden with seating. Private off-road parking is at your convenience!

Charfield, a quaint village in South Gloucestershire, offers a peaceful countryside retreat with plenty to explore in the surrounding area. A vehicle is the most convenient way to get around the area. There is private off road parking for 1 vehicle. There is also unrestricted street parking outside the cottage.

Other Things to Note:
The property is situated near to a train line. Whilst it isn't a busy line (only 1 track in each direction), there is potential for some noise.

There are some maintenance works taking place at nearby Charfield Train Station from 3rd November 2025 until mid 2026. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs with a fee of £20/dog. It is on the condition they are kept downstairs, off sofas and not left in the property alone. Any mess in the garden needs to be cleaned up.
