About this house rental
This modern country style home is getaway in itself. Beautifully equipped with Tibetan furniture and decor, this home is spacious and luxurious. Includes entertainment area, outdoor BBQ grill and a
swimming pool. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee. The property features 5 bedrooms, inclusive of 1 master suite, 2 master bedrooms and 2 rooms with a shared bathroom.
The Master suite has a queen sized bed, bedrooms 1 and 2 and 3 have full sized beds and bedroom 4 has two twin beds.
Also includes fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Located in a peaceful, quiet, family oriented neighborhood, this home is not suitable for hosting parties or large gatherings of any kind.
No guests other than registered guests are allowed in the home at any time without prior approval.
Please note that because this is a quiet and peaceful community, quiet time is observed from 10pm-7am, loud and drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
Private parking available in the driveway. Please no overnight parking on the street. Maximum of 4 cars allowed.
I travel about 5-7 months out of the year for work. When in town, I am often going in and out of my workshop which is located in the garage separate and secluded from the main house.
