About this house rental
Villa Beaumont is a magnificent modern villa in the south of France with a private heated pool and jacuzzi, ideal for 4 people and a baby. Located on a hill, it offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of 6 hectares, guaranteeing calm, space and privacy.
Interior
Built in 2009, this holiday home in the Dordogne is very comfortable, with underfloor heating and full furniture. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The living room has a large chill-out area. Next to the open kitchen is a large dining table with splendid views of the private garden on two sides.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:
The master suite (16 m²) has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, shower and toilet.
The second bedroom (11 m²) has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a small wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with sink and large shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Exterior
Around the house are several terraces, allowing you to enjoy the sun or shade as you wish. A large west-facing veranda with barbecue and large dining table is ideal for admiring beautiful sunsets.
The private swimming pool (9x4.5 m) with light salt (chlorine-free) and the adjoining jacuzzi offer an absolute relaxation area in complete privacy. Sun loungers and sun loungers are available.
Environment
The nearest village, Issigeac, is just 3km away and offers restaurants, bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy and various shops including a wine cellar and gas station.
For larger supermarkets and more services, Bergerac is 14 km to the north-west. Bergerac also has its own airport, just a 15-minute drive away.
Note: Dogs and other pets are strictly forbidden at Villa Beaumont.

As a couple in our 60,s we found the furniture and bedding more suitable for younger people. This not a criticism as all was clean and modern for us less mobile others may wish to be aware of.

The property was absolutely perfect for a family. The swimming pool was a great size and depth and it was amazing to be able to use all day every day. There is lots of pool furniture around the pool to make time spent around it very comfortable. The villa is large and very picturesque with tonnes of outdoor space.The bedrooms are large and have air con plus great bathrooms.The decor of the property is modern and looks fantastic. Parking is suitable for one vehicle and we did not have any security concerns at all.The kitchen is a great size and you have everything you need in the draws for you to cook and drink. We cooked every day and the kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and separate freezer.There is a large tv in the living room with netflix and speakers which was good to have.The area itself is lovely, issigeac is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of bars and restaurants even tho it is a small village. It also has a park, tennis courts and a small astro turf pitch for football which was very handy.Bergerac is just over 20 minutes drive and that is also a lovely town with more bars and restaurants.There aren’t many properties near the villa so it is a lovely private spot to holiday in.The property and the location are brilliant and we would definitely stay there again, in fact we intend to!

Friendly welcome from the owners & a lovely clean villa surrounded by countryside & nice views, swimming pool & hot tub was used every day, a great place to stay for a family holiday. France Villa was excellent with our booking & always replied to my emails, thanks to france villa & the owners for a wonderful holiday. Next time we come to France we will definitely use FranceVilla again.
