About this house rental

Completely renovated house in a park of 3000m2 in the heart of the medieval village of ISSIGEAC that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
18 KMS from the airport and city of BERGERAC, 70KMS from SARLAT, at the gateway to the vineyards of MONBAZILLAC. There are many craftsmen, restaurants and shops.
Its Sunday morning market is particularly famous (voted the most beautiful market in Aquitaine and the seventh most beautiful market in FRANCE in 2018)
All the shops and activities of the village are within walking distance
Ten minutes by car, in July and August the swimming pool of Castillonnès welcomes you with its 3 pools (1 wading pool, 1 pool for children, 1 pool for older children with play area: whirlpool, slide, water aerobics)

The house has an outdoor area, terrace (relaxation and dining area, barbecue)
On the first floor:
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and senseo, kettle, toaster, juicer, fridge/freezer)a raclette machine
A dining room, a living room with armchairs and sofa bed.a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is 16 m2 with balcony.
both have a 140 cm bed with storage cupboard. One with two 90 cm bed and one clothes rack.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
At your disposal, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryers, a shopping trolley for the market, a vacuum cleaner, a travel cot (sheets not provided for the cot)
Baby high chair.
